Edward "Greg" Toombs

It takes effort to make any community a great place to live. As a Real Estate Agent I play a part in that work. I have a front row seat helping our clients make life-changing decisions in buying or selling their home, welcoming new residents and observing local demographic change. In 2018 I accepted the role as Board Chair, serving with the Board of Managers of the Somerset Hills YMCA. As a former co-chair of our Cultural Engagement committee, I help our members and neighbors from other countries and cultures know that they are welcomed and appreciated at the YMCA. I raise money for our Y to subsidize fully or partially free memberships, programs and services including summer camp scholarships and special needs programs. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay. Formerly a builder and leader of sales teams, primarily in Internet technology (including 'internet' data services before there was an internet) I have happily converted into an entrepreneur, working without a net - and loving it. I gain energy from working with people and satisfaction from helping them achieve their dreams in home ownership.
